Who are you?

We are Diverge Digital Ltd, a graphic and web design agency based in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK. Our creative director has over a decade of experience as a professional graphic designer and has worked with hundreds of happy clients.

Most of our business comes to us from word of mouth recommendations, but we wanted to find a way to reach out and help more businesses to access affordable, quality graphic design.

We decided to offer this unlimited graphic design package as a way for small and medium sized businesses to receive the support they need in order to further establish their customers’ perception of their brand, maintain consistency across all communications and grow their business through successful online and offline marketing techniques.

Where are you based?

We’re based in Newcastle upon Tyne. As a UK based company, our designers work on the same time as you and our office hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

How much design can I have?

Our design packages are unlimited, so you can have as much as you want. However, you’re working with a real person - so the limitations of humanity mean there are limitations to how much we can do for you in a day. As a rough guide, two of the following would be achievable in one working day:

  • 3 x custom social gfx
  • 2 x email header gfx
  • 1 x poster
  • 1 x double sided flyer
  • 1 x business stationery set
  • 1 x animated GIF
  • 1 x infographic
  • 1 x PoS graphic

Can my job be done?

Before you submit a request, ask yourself whether you can convey your intended message confidently and concisely in written form. Please avoid asking questions in your design request - open ended briefs mean delays to your artwork so as a rule we can’t answer queries in this way. If you require in depth design consultation, please contact us for a quote instead.

How do I submit my requests?

Once you're signed up to a package you will receive a welcome email from one of our senior designers, including a dedicated email address for submitting your job requests. To start a new design job, simply send an email with the title New Job Request and we will respond within 24 hours.

What do I need to provide?

Your new job request email should include all of the following:
  • What the job is: e.g. flyer, poster, brochure page etc
  • The artwork specifications: This includes the dimensions of the artwork, where the artwork will be used (e.g. online, printed), the file type required
  • The content: include all written content and any images you wish to be included. Due to the fast turnaround of work, we are unable to proof read your content - so please proof this thoroughly before sending to us. Assets: your logo files and any other visual assets which need to be included
  • Brand guidelines: if you wish specific colours or fonts to be used please let us know.
  • Your input: if you have a focussed idea of what the layout should be, let us know! Otherwise our professional designers will make the design decisions for you - it is what they do best!
  • Timeframe: Let us know the deadline for the artwork - we operate to our pre-set turnaround times as standard but appreciate that little bit of breathing space.

How quickly can I expect my files?

We respond to all requests within 24 hours. If there’s anything missing or we need more information in order to complete the job, we will be in touch with you to ask for clarification. If you’ve supplied everything you need we’ll provide you with competed design files within 48 hours. In order to get the most out of your graphic design package, we recommend ensuring you supply all the information and content needed in your initial request.

What format will I receive my files in?

You’ll specify the required file format in your initial request, and this is what we will provide. Digital files will be optimised for web use and print files will be provided as print-ready PDF artwork with standard 3mm bleed. Please specify if your printer requires a different setup.

Will I receive source design files?

Yes! On request we will provide you with editable Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign files to do with as you please.
